Below you will find answers to the most common questions about buying your kamas and getting them delivered.
You can pay for your kamas order by card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cryptocurrency. All payments are encrypted and secure, and your card details never pass through our website.
Once you have bought your kamas, we contact you in game within minutes. The delivery agent gives you a meeting point, then the trade takes place directly in game. You will never be asked for your password.
Kamas are usually delivered in under 5 minutes. At busy times there may be a short delay: the live chat is always available to help you.
In the event of a rollback (the server being reverted to an earlier state), you can choose between a second delivery and a refund. This guarantee applies if the rollback period is 48 hours or less. Rollbacks of more than 48 hours are not covered.
