How does delivery work?
No codes, no middleman: your kamas are traded directly to your character on your server.
Place your order
Choose your server and amount, then confirm your secure payment. Double-check your character name and server: they are what guide the delivery agent to you.
A delivery agent contacts you in game
Delivery takes place directly in the game: our delivery agent sends you a position ("pos") by private message. Meet them on the map indicated. Make sure private messages are enabled in the game options.
Receive your kamas in a direct trade
The trade takes just a few moments at the meeting point. 95% of our orders are delivered in under 5 minutes.
Waiting more than 5 minutes?
Contact us: we will check straight away whether there is a problem with your order, or whether a mistake has crept into your character name or the server you chose.
Warning: never give your kamas back after delivery
We will never ask you to give back or "re-deliver" kamas after a delivery. If anyone asks you to do so in game, even using a name that looks like ours, it is a scam attempt: do not hand anything over, and alert our support team immediately via live chat.
